John listened patiently to our ideas and reviewed the materials we brought to him that gave him an overview of the style of home we wanted to build. He laid out for us in detail a business plan, a construction timeline, and a plan of action that convinced us that he was knowledgeable and fair.

As I look back on the months that John worked with Tamara and me, I think about the many details that we faced and the hundreds of decisions we had to make. John and his team guided us through the process while still leaving the decision making to us. We’ll admit, however, most of the time we took John’s advice.

I think that the bottom line in our home building experience with Jim Williams Construction is that he brought the house in on time and right on budget. We felt that we were treated fairly and that the house reflected our personal high standards of quality workmanship.
